green eyes scanned the studio room as a knock echoed around her. jade's eyes focused on the window where she spotted her dance teacher signaling her to finish up. the girl turned to look at the clock behind her, sitting up from where she had been leaning forward, stretching towards her toes. ten minutes. she sighed and rested her hands on her hips, turning them as she straightened her legs out in front of her. jade finished stretching and stood up, bending her legs slowly so that she wouldn't feel dizzy as she straightened her back out, bending back slightly to crack it. the music instantly turned off at the touch of a button and jade grabbed the duffel bag sitting by the door. she pulled on her dance hoodie and pulled on a pair of shorts over her leotard. the girl slide her feet into the vans sitting on the ground and stuffed her ear buds into her ears, turning on her music.
she made her way out of the dance studio, waving to some of the young girls waiting to use the room next before she took off towards home. as she walked, she tucked her hands into her pockets and pulled her hood up, listening to the music to her new routine that she had to learn. jade let out a small sigh as she reached up to let her hair down from the bun it had been in. it fell into a wavy pony tail that was quite high on the back of her head. she ignored the looks she received from people towards her odd outfit. just as she approached the gate to her home, jade looked beyond it and debated going home at the time. instead, she kept walking past the gate towards her favorite place that she liked to be alone at. turning left, jade was headed towards the waterfront. her eyes caught sight of the usually empty dock that she liked to sit on and contemplate.
her feet carried her down the dirt path towards the water. jade passed quite a few young children with their mother running along the water front. a small smile crossed her features, but it instantly disappeared as she made her way past them towards the empty dock that she liked to perch on. her feet were slightly cautious as she stepped down the stairs onto the wooden dock. she was silent as she made her way to the last spot where a medium-sized boat was tied. it belonged to her family, though she had no idea how to drive it. instead, she liked to sit in the seats and think. it was like her own secret hideaway from the rest of the world when she just wanted to be left alone. she stepped down carefully onto the pontoon boat and settled herself down on one of the seats, dropping her bag on the ground. she reached over to lock the door beside her.
jade settled her legs up on one of the empty coolers, resting her sore limbs. she was tired and was glad to finally be resting after a long day of dance. she pulled her hood down and unzipped her hoodie, though keeping her hands in her pockets. she closed her eyes for a moment before reaching up to pull one ear bud out of her ear. she wanted to be able to hear the world around her but still focus on her dance routine music. she bit her lips, feeling her mouth slowly become dry with each passing minute. she stood up and dug around the empty coolers for an unopened bottle of water. upon finding one, she returned to her seat and leaned back, putting her feet back up. she wasn't even sure what she was doing out here. she just wanted to go home to new york, but she knew she wouldn't be able to face the guilt and the looming feeling of her deceased boyfriend. she felt like an outsider in liguria and it made jade want to vomit just thinking about it. she hated having no friends here, well, not that many. she couldn't open up to anyone here. she didn't feel right. she let out another sigh, wishing she had company. she began to feel her eyes grow heavy as she slumped down in her seat to lean her head against the back of the seat, closing her eyes for what she thought was only a few moments.

Outfit: click for sexinessSpyro: clickWord Count: 510 Tag: Jade Comments: no problem. mine's not much better. Jaison was out running. He had closed up the café a little while ago and had gone home to change. The café had gotten a lot of good business today. Looked like word was getting out about Kaodi’s Café and he was pretty happy and proud of it. He had named the café after his mother because she meant everything to him. She had done everything she could to raise him alone, even having more than one job. He still talked to her every few days to tell her what was going on with classes and the café and his life in general. It was always nice when he got to catch up with his mom. But today he was just finished with his work. There were no classes today so he’d just been running and cooking in the café all day. It had been kind of nice, he loved to cook and make food for people. His mom had taught him how to cook after all.
Once he was done getting undressed from work he noticed Spyro sitting by the door, leash hanging from his mouth. He laughed and shook his head. “Alright alright. Let me pull on shorts and sneakers and we can go.” He headed back into his room as he slid a hand through his hair, ruffling it around a bit, before grabbing up a pair of basketball shorts on the top of the clean laundry pile. Sneakers were next and he was ready to run. He never ran with a shirt on when the weather was nice. It was just too good of a day to miss enjoying it and feeling the sun shining onto him. Jaison hooked on Spyro’s leash and they were off, running through their normal path around the town. The town they lived in was a beautiful place and he waved at different people he knew as he jogged past them. He continued on down the streets until he reached the docks. The docks were where he would turn around and head back normally but today he felt like going all the way down the docks, maybe to look over the water for a minute before heading back.
Jaison jogged across the wooden docks and looked at the boats thinking, not for the first time, that he would like to have a boat some day so he could go out on the water whenever he felt like it. Spyro continued to run with him until he suddenly stopped and barked once, catching Jai’s attention. He slowed down and walked over to the boat Sypro had barked at and looked in, seeing a girl he recognized from stopping into the shop occasionally. He couldn’t remember her name but he smiled and said “Sorry if he bothered you. He tends to bark at people once to let them know he’s there. It seems he’s always out for more people to pet him.” He shrugged and continued to stand on the dock, waiting for the girl’s reaction, hoping Spyro hadn’t scared her too bad.
